1. Primary Mode of Purchase
SM Fashion is principally a brick-and-mortar retail store located at DVK Road, Nalgonda, Telangana — 508 001. We warmly welcome you to visit us in person for the best shopping experience, including personalised styling assistance and the opportunity to see, feel, and try the garments before purchase.
2. Shipping Availability
We currently offer shipping to locations within India on a selective basis. Shipping availability depends on:
- The specific product and its size/weight
- Courier service availability to your delivery pincode
- Order value (minimum order value of ₹500 applies for shipping)

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are subject to GST as applicable under Indian law.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimated timelines only. Delays may occur due to public holidays, courier disruptions, or natural events beyond our control.
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM IST).
- Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Dispatch confirmation with a tracking number (where applicable) will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
6. Packaging
All items are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. Garments are folded and wrapped in tissue with our branded packaging. Fragile or heavy items are additionally bubble-wrapped and sealed securely.
7. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will make up to 2 re-attempt deliveries.
- After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-dispatch will incur additional shipping charges.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please:
- Take photographs of the packaging and item immediately upon receipt
- Notify us within 48 hours at support@smf.zone or +91 94933 02200
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no cost to you
9. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders are fulfilled and delivered within India only.
10. GST on Shipping
Shipping charges are subject to 18% GST as per the applicable GST rate for courier and freight services in India. This will be reflected on your GST invoice.
